By entering into the giveaway by Allebach Communications, on behalf of True Made Foods, participant agrees to abide by these Official Promotion Rules and legal disclaimer and the decisions of True Made Foods, and such decisions are final and binding in all respects.

 

 

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

Prize: 

Beginning on or about June 20^th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ending on July 4^th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET, one (1) prize pack (“Prize Pack”) will be awarded  to one winner (1 total winner) who will be chosen, at random, from entries received at: https://www.truemadefoods.com/promo

 

 

One (1) Prize Pack winner will receive the following from TRUE MADE FOODS:

• Estimated Retail Value of the Prize Pack is $2,500.00

 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the promotion.

 

The Prize Pack is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind or nature, including without limitation, any warranty respecting condition, merchantability, quality, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS and TRUE MADE FOODS are not responsible for replacing the Prize Pack if damaged unless such damage is caused by ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS or TRUE MADE FOODS. Winner must look to the Prize Pack's manufacturers for potential guarantees or warranties of any kind.

 

2. The contest is open to legal United States residents, who presently reside in the United States, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry. Employees of TRUE MADE FOODS and members of their immediate families, TRUE MADE FOODS parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, promotion, and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Entry into this contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

 

3. How to enter: Participants must complete a submission at https://www.truemadefoods.com/promo between June 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. ET, and July 4, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Submit your entry by visiting https://www.truemadefoods.com/promo and enter your name, birthday, zip code, and email address for your chance to win. Entries are limited to one (1) valid email address. All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Limit one (1) winner per household or address. The Prize Pack winner will receive an email message from ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS (on behalf of TRUE MADE FOODS) requesting additional information for shipping purposes. If a potential winner fails to respond within five (5) days or fails to provide ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS with the requested information within five (5) days or is determined that the winner is not eligible to win, the Prize Pack will be forfeited and the Prize Pack will not be awarded.

 

4. This notice is intended to cover the geographic areas of Arizona, California, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree as follows: (1) that all disputes, causes of action, and claims connected to or arising in any way hereunder between the parties shall be resolved solely by arbitration (i.e., class action suits are hereby waived by the parties), and exclusively by an arbitrator situated in the City of Alexandria, State of Virginia.

 

5. TRUE MADE FOODS and ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS are not responsible for entries that may be lost, late, delayed or misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incorrect. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Electronic entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible and/or deemed not eligible by TRUE MADE FOODS will be automatically disqualified. TRUE MADE FOODS is not responsible for incorrect data, electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data, nor for any type of graphical or other error in the administration of the promotion.

 

6. In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. The Prize Pack winner will be requested to provide ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS (on behalf of TRUE MADE FOODS) with proof that such person is the winner by providing a government-issued photo identification. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TRUE MADE FOODS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

 

7. A total of one (1) Prize Pack winner will win from those meeting the criteria established under the contest rules between the dates of June 20, 2023 and July 4, 2023. The decisions of TRUE MADE FOODS with respect to the winner in regard to all matters relating to this promotion, shall be final.

 

8. The Prize Pack winner will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the promotion.

 

9. By entering the contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of TRUE MADE FOODS and its partners, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. The Prize Pack winner will be contacted via the provided email address.

 

10. There will be no prize substitutions in lieu of the Prize Pack other than that described in the contest rules. The Prize Pack winner will be solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and gratuities.

 

11. TRUE MADE FOODS is not responsible for the winners limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize.

 

12. TRUE MADE FOODS may rescind, cancel or revoke this contest without liability at TRUE MADE FOODS sole discretion.

 

13. All entries become the property of TRUE MADE FOODS. The Prize Pack winner agrees that TRUE MADE FOODS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and employees the (“Released Parties”) shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the Prize Pack offered. By accepting this Prize Pack, the winner agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties for any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with the ownership, use or misuse of any prize within the Prize Pack. Acceptance of the Prize Pack shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that TRUE MADE FOODS may in perpetuity use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. The promoter parties’ entire liability with respect to: any participants’ participation in the giveaway of the Prize Pack, these Official Promotion Rules, and/or any participants receipt of the Prize Pack shall be limited to $500. Some jurisdictions may not allow the aforementioned limitations or exclusions of liabilities and as such, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to participants. Participants will check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

15. By entering this contest, I hereby certify to TRUE MADE FOODS that I am eligible to participate in the above-mentioned contest. In consideration for value received, receipt being hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound, I give TRUE MADE FOODS or its advertising/media agents, right and permission to use my name in advertising and other promotional matters, as TRUE MADE FOODS so desires, with no further compensation to me, cash or otherwise, I certify that neither I, nor any immediate member of my family or household is an employee of TRUE MADE FOODS, subsidiaries, affiliates or their advertising, promotion or production agencies. I certify that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, have read and followed the rules of the contest, and know of no reason why I should not be designated as a winner and receive the prize involved. As stated in the contest rules, I understand that all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the Prize Pack, which I accept, is solely my responsibility as the Prize Pack winner. I also understand that ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS (on behalf of TRUE MADE FOODS) will issue an IRS Form 1099 (for all prizes exceeding $600.00) indicating the fair market value of the Prize Pack to me and to the federal government for tax reporting purposes. I, for myself and my successors and assigns, do hereby release TRUE MADE FOODS, its affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and their advertising/media agencies or affiliates, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, judgments, claims or demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including but not limited to, claims of personal injury or wrongful death which I, successors and assigns now has or hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever to the extent permitted by law. There will be no Prize Pack substitutions or transfers. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to win. In case of a dispute, the decision of TRUE MADE FOODS and its partners is final. If any statement made by me in this affidavit is false, I agree to return immediately upon demand by TRUE MADE FOODS, the value of said Prize Pack, which has been or may be awarded to me.

 

16. General Conditions: Promotion may be withdrawn without prior notice. TRUE MADE FOODS is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, or in any Promotion-related materials. TRUE MADE FOODS is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by TRUE MADE FOODS, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in TRUE MADE FOODS’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of TRUE MADE FOODS, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, TRUE MADE FOODS reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential prize recipients from all eligible, non-suspect entries/comments received prior to action taken. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TRUE MADE FOODS which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless the TRUE MADE FOODS, their subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of a prize. 17. Use of Collected Materials and Information: ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS (on behalf of TRUE MADE FOODS) will be collecting, storing, and utilizing personal data about participants to administer the giveaway of the Prize Pack and exercise its rights hereunder, including without limitation, those relating to marketing and publicity. By entering into the giveaway, participants agree to ALLEBACH COMMUNICATIONS’ and/or TRUE MADE FOODS’ collection and use of their personal information. Participants’ personal information will not be disclosed to any non-affiliated third party.
