Spicy Veracha Chicken Sliders (no cooking needed)

Rotisserie chicken
Pre-made guacamole
Cole slaw mix
½ cup Veracha sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
6 slider buns


1. Pull 2 cups of meat of the rotisserie chicken and add it to a medium bowl. Since the meat is very soft, using a fork or your fingers pull in in strands. Mix in spicy Veracha sauce and season with salt and pepper as needed. Set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, mix half of the cole slaw with olive oil and lemon juice, season as needed. Set aside.

3. Cut slider buns in half, top bottom half with guacamole, spicy pulled chicken, extra Veracha sauce and finish with cole slaw.

4. Cover with the top bun and serve!
