Different BBQ cultures settled in Memphis and “cross-pollinated” creating a sweet and spicy style BBQ Sauce. Legendary Pitmaster Ed Mitchell blended up our version of this city’s signature sauce by naturally sweetening it with fruits and veggies and giving it a real kick with some cayenne.
